Effect of Multi-channel Unified Puncture PCNL and Multi-channel Successively Puncture PCNL in the Treatment of Complex Multiple Kidney Stones
Objective:To observe the effect of multi-channel unified puncture percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)and multi-channel successively puncture PCNL in the treatment of complex multiple kidney stones.Method:A total of 80 patients with complex multiple kidney stones admitted to the Department of Urology of Qingyang People's Hospital from November 2019 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into the conventional group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)according to the red and blue bicolor sphere method. The conventional group was given multi-channel successively puncture PCNL,and the observation group was given multi-channel unified puncture PCNL.The stone clearance rate, perioperative indexes, pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The stone clearance rate of observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss volume, operation time, visual analogue scale(VAS)score at 12 h after operation and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Multi-channel unified puncture PCNL treatment can significantly improve the effect of stone clearance and avoid stone residue.
