Effect of Freeze-dried Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide Combined with Furosemide Injection in the Treatment of Heart Failure and Its Influence on Serum PCT and NT-proBNP Levels
Objective:To investigate the effect of Freeze-dried Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide combined with Furosemide Injection in the treatment of heart failure patients and its influence on the levels of serum procalcitonin(PCT)and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP).Method:A total of 86 patients with heart failure who were treated in Taizhou Fourth People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. They were numbered according to their admission dates, among which 43 patients admitted on odd-numbered dates were included in the control group and received Furosemide Injection, while 43 patients admitted on even-numbered dates were included in the experimental group and received Freeze-dried Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide combined with Furosemide Injection. The total effective rate, cardiac function indexes[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],blood indexes(PCT,NT-proBNP)and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 81.40%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,LVEDD and LVESD levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and LVEF levels were higher than those before treatment, and LVEDD and LVESD levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and LVEF level was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in PCT and NT-proBNP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of PCT and NT-proBNP in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the experimental group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in physiological function, health status, emotional function, social function, physical pain,role-phyical,mental health and energy scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of the above dimensions in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the experimental group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Freeze-dried Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide combined with Furosemide Injection in the treatment of patients with heart failure, the total effective rate of clinical treatment was significantly improved, the heart function was significantly improved, the level of PCT and NT-proBNP indexes was significantly improved, and the quality of life was improved.
