Influence of Empathy Nursing Combined with Psychological Nursing on Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To study the influence of empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing on elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 106 elderly patients with cerebral infarction who admitted to the First People's Hospital of Yibin from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected for the study,the patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,the first 54 cases were set as the study group,and the latter 52 cases were set as the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,health survey summary(SF-36)score and adverse events were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the SAS scores and SDS scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of emotional function,mental health,social function and physiological function in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the study group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction can reduce anxiety and depression symptoms,improve quality of life,reduce adverse events,and help patients recover.
