Study on the Application of Progressive Rehabilitation Training in Promoting the Recovery of Upper Limb Function after Breast Cancer Surgery
Objective:To analyze the effect of progressive rehabilitation training on upper limb function recovery of breast cancer patients after surgery.Method:A total of 80 postoperative patients with breast cancer admitted to the Breast Department of Jiangmen Maternal and Child Health Care from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the order of admission, the odd number was included in the control group and the even number was included in the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group received progressive rehabilitation training on the basis of routine rehabilitation nursing. The shoulder joint motion range, athletic endurance, functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast symptom index(FACT-B)score,shoulder joint function score before and after nursing for 1 month and postoperative recovery index(getting out of bed activity time, defecation time, exhaust time)between the two groups were compared.Result:Before nursing, there were no significant differences in shoulder joint motion range, athletic endurance index,FACT-B scores and shoulder joint function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of nursing, the shoulder joint motion range of the two groups were better than those before nursing, exercise distance were longer than those before nursing, heart rate recovery time and maximum heart rate time were shorter than those before nursing,FACT-B scores and shoulder joint function scores were higher than those before nursing, and the shoulder joint motion range of the observation group was greater than that of the control group, exercise distance was longer than that of the control group, heart rate recovery time and maximum heart rate time were shorter than those of the control group,FACT-B scores and shoulder joint function scores were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The getting out of bed activity time, defecation time and exhaust time in observation group were earlier than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Progressive rehabilitation training for breast cancer patients after surgery can effectively promote the recovery of shoulder joint function, enhance the athletic endurance of patients and improve their quality of life.
