Effect of Interventional Occlusion and Surgical Treatment on the Treatment of Congenital Heart Disease
Objective:To analyze the effect of interventional occlusion and conventional surgery on the treatment of congenital heart disease.Method:A total of 159 patients with congenital heart disease admitted to Wuxi Mingci Cardiovascular Hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the subjects of observation. The control group(n=79)and the study group(n=80)were divided into two groups by computer randomization method. The control group received conventional surgery treatment and the study group received interventional occlusion treatment.Cardiac geometric parameters[left atrial diameter(LA),left ventricular diameter(LV),right ventricular diameter(RV)],hemodynamic index[maximum mitral valve orifice flow velocity in early diastolic stage(MVE),maximum mitral valve orifice flow velocity in late diastolic stage(MVA),pulmonary artery pressure(PAP),pulmonary artery orifice flow velocity(PV),aortic opening blood flow velocity(AV),tricuspid opening maximum blood flow velocity in early diastolic period(TVE),tricuspid opening maximum blood flow velocity in late diastolic period(TVA)],cardiac function indicators[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular contraction rate(LVFS),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)],and plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)levels before and after treatment and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment, there were no significant differences in cardiac geometry, hemodynamics, cardiac function and plasma CGRP between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the indexes of LA,LV,RV,MVE,MVA,PAP and PV in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while the indexes of AV,TVE,TVA,LVEF,LVFS,BNP and CGPR in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In congenital heart disease patients, interventional occlusion can effectively improve the cardiac structure and hemodynamic indexes, increase the plasma CGRP level, reduce pulmonary artery pressure, improve cardiac function and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
