Application Effect of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Propofol in Patients Undergoing Endometrial Polyp Hysteroscopy Surgery
Objective:To observe the application effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Propofol in patients undergoing endometrial polyp hysteroscopy surgery.Method:A total of 118 patients undergoing endometrial polyp hysteroscopy surgery treated in Beijing Changping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to computer-generated random numbers, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 59 cases in each group. Both groups were given general anesthesia. The control group was given Propofol on the basis of general anesthesia, and the observation group was given Dexmedetomidine on the basis of control group. The stress indexes and hemodynamics of the two groups were compared at entry(T0),dilation of the uterus(T1),surgery starts 20 minutes(T2),and at the end of surgery(T3).Result:T1,T2,T3,the levels of cortisol(Cor),epinephrine(E)in the two groups increased, while the level of Cor,E in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, there were statistically significant differences in the comparison between the groups, time points,interaction(P<0.05).T1,T2 and T3,mean arterial pressure(MAP)of both groups were reduced, and the MAP of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant among groups, time points and interaction comparison(P<0.05).T1,T2 and T3,the heart rate(HR)of the two groups decreased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with Propofol can reduce the stress response of patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps and maintain the stable of hemodynamics.
