Summary of the Correlation between Intestinal Flora and Clinical Treatment of Tumor
Intestinal flora is an important part of human microecology.In recent years,more and more studies have found that intestinal flora is closely related to the clinical treatment effect of tumor,and its main mechanism is related to the imbalance of intestinal flora,the change of intestinal immune microenvironment,inflammatory factors and so on.This article analyzes from the intestinal flora and tumor development,the influence on intestinal flora for clinical treatment,application of traditional Chinese medicine theory in the regulation of intestinal flora,and concluded that the"intestinal flora-immune-tumor"axis may be the bridge of relationship between intestinal flora and tumor,traditional Chinese medicine intervention is also one of the feasible ways to adjust the balance of this axis,and it has the corresponding theoretical basis.We summary this paper in order to provide more scientific basis for the discovery of more effective intestinal microflora regulators and the elaboration of traditional Chinese medicine anti-tumor mechanism.
