In this review,the etiology,assessment tools,and therapeutic interventions of pruritus in cholestatic liver disease to provide a reference for the development and application of assessment tools for patients with pruritus in cholestatic liver disease in China,to increase our attention to pruritus in cholestatic liver disease,and to seek more clinical studies on intervention program with the aim of improving the quality of life of patients with chronic liver disease.
