Study on the Effect of Live Lactobacillus for Vaginal Use Combined with Interferon in the Treatment of Cervical High-risk HPV Infection and Its Influence on Vaginal Environment
Objective:To investigate the effect of Live Lactobacillus for Vaginal Use combined with Interferon in the treatment of cervical high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and its influence on the vaginal environment.Method:A total of 180 patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection admitted to Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center Zengcheng Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2 and observation group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group 1 was treated with Interferon, the control group 2 was treated with Live Lactobacillus for Vaginal Use;observation group was treated with Live Lactobacillus for Vaginal Use combined with Interferon. The clinical efficacy, vaginal microecology, recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of the three groups were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the proportion of patients with normal vaginal microecological environment, normal pH value, negative sialidase, negative hydrogen peroxide and negative leucocyte esterase in observation group were higher than those in control group 1 and control group 2,and the Nugent score was lower than that in control group 1 and control group 2,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group 1 and control group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Live Lactobacillus for Vaginal Use combined with Interferon can improve the clinical effect of high-risk cervical HPV infection, improve the vaginal microecological environment of patients, and reduce the recurrence rate.
