Effect of Kang'ai Injection Combined with TP Regimen Chemotherapy on Immune Function and Quality of Life in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients
Objective:To study the effect of Kang'ai Injection combined with the TP regimen chemotherapy on immune function and quality of life in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:A total of 110 NSCLC patients treated in Yancheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2019 to February 2023 were selected.According to envelope method, they were divided into control group(n=54)and observation group(n=56).The control group received TP regimen chemotherapy according to National Comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN)guidelines, and the observation group received Kang'ai Injection on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, tumor markers, immunoglobulin, quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The objective remission rate of the observation group was 87.50%,which was higher than 68.52%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and neuronal specific enolase(NSE)in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in the observation group were higher than those before treatment,IgG and IgA in the control group were lower than those before treatment, and IgG,IgM and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score and Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score of two groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 17.86%,which was higher than 11.11%in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:NSCLC patients treated with Kang'ai Injection combined with TP regimen chemotherapy has a good effect, which can effectively reduce the level of tumor markers in patients, improve immunity and quality of life.
