Effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride on Elderly Pneumonia
Objective:To analyze the effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride on elderly pneumonia.Method:A total of 86 elderly patients with pneumonia treated in Zhang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction on this basis.The clinical effect,lung function index,blood gas index,clinical symptom improvement time,inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 74.42%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of asthma,cough,lung moist rales and X-ray abnormalities in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the changes of lung function index and blood gas index in observation group were better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Xiaoqinglong Decoction on elderly patients with pneumonia is good,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms such as asthma and cough,improve the lung function and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
