Effect of Chiropractic Manipulation Massage Combined with Acupoint Deep Needling,Baduanjin in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy
Objective:To investigate the effect of chiropractic manipulation massage combined with acupoint deep needling,Baduanjin in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Method:A total of 90 patients with CSR admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group.Both groups were given comprehensive treatment,the control group was given Baduanjin,and the observation group was given chiropractic manipulation massage combined with acupoint deep needling on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and hemorheology index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:At 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of neck and shoulder pain,limp limbs,limb numbness and vertigo in both groups were decreased,and the scores of neck and shoulder pain,limp limbs,limb numbness and vertigo in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 8 weeks of treatment,whole blood high tangential viscosity,plasma viscosity and whole blood low tangential viscosity decreased in both groups,and whole blood high tangential viscosity,plasma viscosity and whole blood low tangential viscosity in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chiropractic manipulation massage combined with acupoint deep needling,Baduanjin has satisfactory effect in the treatment of CSR,which can improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and hemorheology.
