Objective:To investigate the effect of Huashi Lidan Decoction on patients with cholecystectomy syndrome.Method:A total of 90 patients with postcholecystectomy syndrome who admitted to Huangmei People's Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with Huashi Lidan Decoction on the basis of routine treatment, two groups were treated for 1 week. The gastrointestinal function, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, serum cholecystokinin A receptor(CCK-A)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)levels and the incidence of complications of two groups were compared.Result:The first exhaust and defecation time, bowel sound recovery time and first eating time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the scores of symptoms, tongue and pulse in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of serum CCK-A and VIP in the observation group at 5 d and 10 d after treatment were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the incidence of jaundice and complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Huashi Lidan Decoction in patients with postcholecystectomy syndrome is helpful to the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function, improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score, promote the recovery of serum CCK-A and VIP levels, and reduce the incidence of jaundice and complications.
