Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Perindopril and Indapamide Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Non-standard Hypertension Patients treated with Monotherapy
Objective:To explore and analyze the efficacy and safety of Perindopril and Indapamide combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of non-standard hypertension patients treated with monotherapy.Method:A total of 60 non-standard hypertension patients treated with monotherapy treatment treated in Yellow River Sanmenxia Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.The group was divided by odd-even number method,and those with single number were included in the control group,and those with even number were included in the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Allisartan Isoproxil combined with Nifedipine,and the observation group was treated with Perindopril and Indapamide combined with Nifedipine.The diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure smoothing index,systolic blood pressure smoothing index before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and the rate of blood pressure reaching the standard were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure smoothing index and systolic blood pressure smoothing index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the diastolic blood pressure smoothing index and systolic blood pressure smoothing index were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the blood pressure compliance rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perindopril and Indapamide combined with Nifedipine are effective and safe in the treatment of non-standard hypertension patients treated with monotherapy.
