Safety Analysis and Influence of Perioperative Indexes of Patients with Gastric Polyps by High Frequency Electrocoagulation and Electroresection under Painless Digestive Endoscopy
Objective:To explore the influence and safety of high frequency electrocoagulation and electroresection under painless digestive endoscopy on perioperative indexes of patients with gastric polyps.Method:A total of 136 patients with gastric polyps treated in the Dangyang People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected.According to the method of random number table, they were divided into control group and study group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group was given painless colonoscopy argon ion coagulation, and the study group was given high frequency electrocoagulation and electroresection under painless digestive endoscopy.Perioperative indexes, pain degree, clinical efficacy, satisfaction, complications and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.59%,which was higher than 85.29%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization cost of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the visual analogue scales(VAS)score at 24 h after surgery was lower than that of the control group, and the resection time, bowel sound recovery time, hospital stay, getting out of bed time, first exhaust time, first defecation time, and wound healing time were all shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.94%,which was lower than 11.76%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, all quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.53%,which was higher than 89.71%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High frequency electrocoagulation and electroresection under painless digestive endoscopy can improve perioperative indexes of patients with gastric polyps, reduce pain, improve quality of life and satisfaction, and have higher efficacy and safety.
