Clinical Effect of Auricular Acupuncture Combined with Estazolam in the Treatment of Insomnia Patients with Brain Trauma
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of auricular acupuncture combined with Estazolam in the treatment of insomnia patients with brain trauma.Method:A total of 100 patients with brain trauma complicated with insomnia treated in Qidong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the principle of random dynamics.The control group(n=50)was treated with Estazolam,and the experimental group(n=50)was treated with auricular acupuncture combined with Estazolam.The total effective rate,sleep quality and mental state of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 72.00%,which was significantly lower than 90.00%of the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)after treatment in experimental group were significantly lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the experimental group were significantly lower after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupuncture combined with Estazolam has a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of patients with insomnia complicated with brain trauma,which can significantly improve the quality of sleep and improve the psychological state of patients.
