Distribution of Pathogenic Bacteria in Wound Infection and Sensitivity Analysis to Common Antibacterial Drugs
Objective:To analyze the distribution of pathogens bacteria of wound infection and their sensitivity to common antibacterial drugs, therefore, more safe and efficient antibacterial drugs were selected for the treatment of wound infection to ensure the therapeutic effect.Method:A total of 292 patients with wound infection admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jingzhou from January 2021 to December 2022 were included in the study. The wound secretions of patients were collected by Levin method, and the collected specimens were transferred to the microbiology room for secretions culture+drug sensitivity test,so as to statistically analyze the distribution of pathogenic microorganisms and antimicrobial susceptibility.Result:A total of 236 pathogenic microorganisms were cultured,of which 82 were Gram-positive,accounting for 34.75%,of which 150 Gram-negative strains, accounting for 63.56%of the total, and there were 4 strains of Candida, accounting for 1.69%of the total. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis have the higher sensitivity to Vancomycin,Linezolid, and Rifampicin, while their sensitivity to Penicillin,Erythromycin, and Clindamycin was relatively low.Escherichia coli has the higher sensitivity to Imipenem,Cefepime,Piperacillin/Tazobactam,while its sensitivity to Ceftriaxone,Levofloxacin,Ceftazidime, and Gentamicin was relatively low.Klebsiella pneumoniae has the higher sensitivity to Imipenem,Cefepime, and Amikacin, while its sensitivity to Ceftriaxone,Ceftazidime, and Gentamicin was relatively low.Pseudomonas aeruginosa has the higher sensitivity to Imipenem,Piperacillin/Tazobactam,but lower sensitivity to Ceftriaxone,Ceftazidime, and Gentamicin. Conclusion:There are many kinds of pathogens in patients with wound infection, and different types of antibiotics have different sensitivity to pathogens.Clinical drug susceptibility tests of pathogens should be strengthened, and combined drug use can be selected according to specific conditions to improve the therapeutic effect of infection.
