Application Effect of Early Functional Exercise in Shoulder Joint Function Recovery of Patients after Breast Cancer Surgery
Objective:To analyze the application effect of early functional exercise in shoulder joint function recovery of patients after breast cancer surgery.Method:A total of 100 patients received surgical treatment for breast cancer in Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given early functional exercise intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The shoulder joint range of motion, shoulder joint function score and complications were compared between the two groups after nursing.Result:After 7 d of nursing, there were no significant differences in shoulder joint range of motion between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of nursing, the shoulder joint range of motion of observation group were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d of nursing, there were no significant differences in shoulder joint function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of nursing, all the shoulder joint function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of early functional exercise in the nursing of postoperative breast cancer patients with shoulder joint function recovery can improve the patient's shoulder joint range of motion, enhance the ability of shoulder joint, and reduce the incidence of complications.
