Effect of Goal-Oriented Nursing Combined with Thermal Insulation Nursing on General Anesthesia in Patients undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer
Objective:To explore the effect of goal-oriented nursing combined with thermal insulation nursing on general anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Method:A total of 148 patients with general anesthesia for laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer admitted to the Nanping First Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into conventional group and observation group,with 74 cases in each group.The conventional group was given thermal insulation nursing,and the observation group was given goal-oriented nursing on the basis of the conventional group.Perioperative indexes,recovery indexes,cognitive function before operation and 24 h after operation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the amount of blood loss and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The anesthesia time of the observation group was shorter than that of the conventional group,and the recovery time and extubation time were earlier than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 h after operation,mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scores of the two groups decreased,and MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of goal-oriented nursing combined with thermal insulation nursing in patients with general anesthesia during laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer is helpful to improve the quality of recovery and reduce the risk of postoperative cognitive dysfunction.
