Clinical Effect of Ceftizoxime Sodium Combined with Fufangqinlan Koufuye in the Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Ceftizoxime Sodium combined with Fufangqinlan Koufuye in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Method:A total of 120 children with pediatric pneumonia who admitted to Zhoukou First People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects,the children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ceftizoxime Sodium,and the observation group was treated with Ceftizoxime Sodium combined with Fufangqinlan Koufuye.The humoral immune indexes[immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)],inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in humoral immune indexes and inflammatory factors between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the level of IgG in the observation group after 1 week of treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of IgA,IgM,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 78.33%of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%,which was lower than 16.67%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Ceftizoxime Sodium combined with Fufangqinlan Koufuye in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia is significant,which can enhance the immune function of body,reduce the inflammatory response and the incidence of adverse reactions.
