Clinical Effect of Intrauterine Injection of Methotrexate Combined with Hysteroscopic Curettage in the Treatment of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intrauterine injection of Methotrexate combined with hysteroscopic curettage in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Method:A total of 72 patients with CSP who admitted to the First Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Beijing from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group(Mifepristone and Misoprostol combined with hysteroscopic curettage,n=34)and the study group(Methotrexate intrauterine injection combined with hysteroscopic curettage,n=38)according to the treatment plan of patients. The clinical indicators, ovarian function, vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),blood β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)and clinical effect were compared between two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in operation time between two groups(P>0.05);the hospitalization time and menstrual recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the ovarian function,VEGF and β-hCG levels between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group after 7 d of treatment were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P4),progesterone(P),VEGF and β-hCG were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intrauterine injection of Methotrexate combined with hysteroscopic curettage in the treatment of CSP patients is more conducive to the recovery of ovarian function, and it can also shorten the hospitalization time and improve the treatment effect.
