Effect of Benazepril Combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the Treatment of Congestive Heart Failure
Objective:To explore the effect of Benazepril combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the treatment of congestive heart failure.Method:A total of 106 patients with congestive heart failure who received treatment in the Cardiovascular Department of the First Hospital of Wuhan from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. The single group was treated with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide, and the combined group was treated with Benazepril combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide. The stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),noradrenaline(NE),endothelin-1(ET-1),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),soluble intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and triiodothyronine(T3)between the two groups were compared, the effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, the levels of SV,LVEF,T3,CO and total effective rate in combined group were higher than those in single group, while the levels of LVEDD,NE,ET-1,NT-proBNP,IL-6,CRP,TNF-α and sICAM-1 were lower than those in single group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TSH level between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combined group was higher than that in single group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with congestive heart failure treated with Benazepril combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide can improve cardiac function, serum levels of neurohormone factors and reduce inflammation.
