Application Effect of Integrated Psychological Behavioral Therapy in Postoperative Chemotherapy Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated psychological behavioral therapy in postoperative chemotherapy patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:A total of 112 postoperative chemotherapy patients with NSCLC admitted to Cangzhou People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received integrated psychological behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group.Negative emotions,sleep condition,quality of life before and after intervention and chemotherapy compliance were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the sleep time,time to fall asleep,sleep quality,daytime function,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,sleep efficiency scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total chemotherapy compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of emotional function,physical function,social function,role function and cognitive function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated psychological behavioral therapy can alleviate anxiety and depression mood in postoperative chemotherapy patients with NSCLC,improve sleep quality,and enhance chemotherapy compliance and quality of life.
