Effect of Helical Tomotherapy Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Its Influence on the Expression of miR-532-3p and MAPK
Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of helical tomotherapy combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its influence on the expression of micro RNA-532-3p(miR-532-3p)and mitogen activated protein kinases(MAPK).Method:From May 2017 to April 2022,a total of 60 patients with advanced NSCLC who diagnosed and treated in Tianshui Second People's Hospital were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into the tomographic group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to the grouping principle of 1∶1 random number table method. The control group was given Cisplatin chemotherapy, and the tomographic group was given helical tomotherapy on the basis of the control group. The efficacy, toxic and side effects, relative contents of peripheral blood CD3+ T lymphocytes and CD4+ T lymphocytes, relative expression levels of blood miR-532-3p and MAPK before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the tomographic group was 90.0%,which was significantly higher than 60.0%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction, hematological toxicity, liver and kidney function damage, nervous system toxicity in the tomographic group during treatment compared with those in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment, the relative contents of CD3+T lymphocytes and CD4+T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of two groups were higher than those before treatment, and which in the tomographic group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the relative expression levels of miR-532-3p and MAPK in blood of two groups were lower than those before treatment, and which in the fault group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Helical tomotherapy combined with Cisplatin in the treatment of advanced NSCLC patients can improve the clinical effect without increasing the incidence of toxic and side effects,it can also increase the relative content of CD3+ T lymphocytes and CD4+ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood and reduce the relative expression levels of miR-532-3p and MAPK in blood.
