Diagnostic Value of HbA1c,LDL-C and HDL-C Combined Detection in Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)combined detection in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Method:A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to whether the patients had diabetic nephropathy, they were divided into the group with nephropathy(n=35)and the group without nephropathy(n=85).General data of the two groups were collected.HbA1c,LDL-C and HDL-C were detected in both groups.General data and levels of HbA1c,LDL-C and HDL-C were compared between the two groups. The risk factors of type 2 diabetic nephropathy was analyzed. The diagnostic value of HbA1c,LDL-C and HDL-C in type 2 diabetic nephropathy was analyzed.Result:The duration of diabetes in the group with nephropathy was longer that in the group without nephropathy, and the proportion of smoking history was higher than that in the group without nephropathy, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of HbA1c and LDL-C in the group with nephropathy were higher than those in the group without nephropathy, the HDL-C level was lower than that in the group without nephropathy, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).logistic analysis results showed that HbA1c,LDL-C,smoking history, and duration of diabetes were all risk factors for type 2 diabetic patients with diabetic nephropathy, and HDL-C was the protective factor(P<0.05).The highest AUC was detected by combining HbA1c,LDL-C,and HDL-C.Conclusion:The combined detection of HbA1c,LDL-C and HDL-C has high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy, and provides a new idea for the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
