Effect of Grading Nursing Model Based on ERAS Concept in Perioperative Nursing of Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy
Objective:To observe the effect of grading nursing model based on ERAS concept in perioperative nursing of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.Method:From January 2021 to December 2022,100 patients treated by percutaneous nephrolithotripsis in the Urology Department of the 910th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the ratio of 1∶1,with 50 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, and the study group added grading nursing model based on ERAS concept on the basis of conventional nursing mode. The postoperative complications, rehabilitation indexes and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Result:The postoperative complications rate in the study group was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than 24.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first anal exhaust time, early feeding time and hospital stay in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of grading nursing model based on ERAS concept in perioperative nursing of percutaneous nephrolithotripsis can promote early recovery of patients, shorten the length of hospital stay, and reduce the occurrence of complications, and has good nursing quality.
