Survey on the Anxiety Levels of Fever Clinic Patients and the Application Satisfaction of High-quality Nursing Models during the Convergence Period of COVID-19 and H1N1 Influenza
Objective:To investigate anxiety levels of fever clinic patients and the application satisfaction of high-quality nursing models during the convergence period of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)and influenza A(H1N1).Method:Data of 736 patients treated in Fever Clinic of Leizhou People's Hospital from February to May 2023 were collected.Finally,652 patients participated in this study by sodium and exclusion criteria,according to the order of treatment,they were divided into control group(n=326,routine care)and quality care group(n=326,high-quality nursing).The 7-item generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD-7)was used to investigate patients'anxiety status,and the Chinese version of the Chinese fear of COVID-19 scale(FCV-19S-C)was used to investigate patients'fear level of novel coronavirus infection,and the correlation between anxiety level and fear level of novel coronavirus infection was analyzed.The satisfaction questionnaire was used to compare the medical satisfaction and medical disputes between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in anxiety score and anxiety degree between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the score and degree of fear of COVID-19 infection between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction score of the quality nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of doctor-patient disputes was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anxiety levels of fever clinic patients during the convergence period of COVID-19 and H1N1 influenza is higher,which is positively correlated with the fear level of novel coronavirus infection.The combination of personal-service-environment-education of high-quality nursing model can improve patients'satisfaction with medical treatment and reduce medical disputes.
