Effect of Knowledge,Belief, and Action Nursing Combined with Ear Point Pressure Beans on Patients Undergoing Cystoscopy
Objective:To analyze the effect of knowledge, belief, and action nursing combined with ear point pressure beans on patients undergoing cystoscopy.Method:A total of 70 patients undergoing cystoscopy admitted to Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected.According to random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group received knowledge, belief, and action nursing combined with ear point pressure beans.Negative emotion, pain degree before and after intervention and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of knowledge, belief, and action nursing combined with ear point pressure beans in cystoscopy patients can effectively improve patients'negative emotions, reduce pain and enhance examination compliance.
