Application of Hysteroscopic Electrotomy and Hysteroscopic Curettage in Perimenopausal Patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
Objective:To analyze the application of hysteroscopic electrotomy and hysteroscopic curettage in perimenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Method:A total of 102 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period admitted to Suzhou Yongding Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects.According to computer randomization grouping, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group underwent hysteroscopic curettage, and the observation group underwent hysteroscopic electrotomy. The preoperative and postoperative immune function, menstrual status before surgery and 3 months after surgery, and recurrence rate between two groups were compared.Result:After 7 d of surgery, the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),complement C3 and complement C4 were decreased in both groups, and the levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,complement C3 and complement C4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery, endometrial thickness, menstrual bleeding volume and menstrual duration of both groups were improved, and the endometrial thickness, menstrual bleeding volume and menstrual duration of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perimenopausal patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can be treated with hysteroscopic electroresection, which can improve endometrial thickness and menstruation condition, improve immune function index, and reduce recurrence.
