Study on the Medication Regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Type
Objective:To explore the medication regularity in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with liver and kidney deficiency based on the data mining technology.Method:By searching the literature on the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type KOA with traditional Chinese medicine in the China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)database,and selected the prescription content that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and entered it into Excel 2019 for sorting and statistics.SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used for association rule analysis,and SPSS Statistics 26.0 was used for cluster analysis.Result:A total of 62 articles were included,involving 134 traditional Chinese medicines and a total of 18 drugs with a frequency of use≥13;the top five high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines were Niuxi,Danggui,Shudihuag,Duzhong,and Gancao;the medicinal taste was mainly sweet and warm,with the liver and kidney meridians being the main meridians.A total of 115 results were obtained through association rule analysis,with the highest support for two associations being Danggui-Niuxi;the highest support for the three associations was Baishao-Danggui-Niuxi;the highest support for the four associations was Gancao-Danggui-Niuxi-Chuanxiong.By clustering analysis,high-frequency drugs were divided into three categories.The first category were Qinjiao,Xixin,Fangfeng,Chuanxiong,Duhuo,Dangshen,Sangjisheng,Fuling,Gancao,Danggui,Baishao,Shengdihuang;the second type were Shanzhuyu,Gouqizi,Yinyanghuo;the third type were Shudihuang,Duzhong,Niuxi.Conclusion:When treating liver and kidney deficiency type KOA through oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,the main focus should be on tonifying the liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.According to clinical symptoms,appropriate medications such as dispelling wind and dampness,supplementing Qi and blood,convergence and astringent should be supplemented.
