摘要
子宫内膜癌是女性生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤,其发生发展与多种因素相关,具体病因尚不明确.近年来机体免疫功能在恶性肿瘤中的研究成为热门话题,外周血淋巴细胞计数情况一定程度上能反映机体当前的免疫功能状态,但其在子宫内膜癌中的研究尚处于起步阶段.本文将对淋巴细胞在子宫内膜癌中的研究进展做综述,并讨论外周血淋巴细胞检测在子宫内膜癌中的应用价值.
Abstract
Endometrial cancer is a common malignant tumor in the female reproductive system,and its occurrence and development are related to multiple factors.The specific etiology is not yet clear.In recent years,research on the immune function of the body in malignant tumors has become a hot topic.The peripheral blood lymphocyte count can to some extent reflect the current immune function status of the body,but its research in endometrial cancer is still in its early stages.This article will review the research progress of lymphocytes in endometrial cancer and discuss the application value of peripheral blood lymphocyte detection in endometrial cancer.
