中医外治法治疗高血压的研究进展

摘要
高血压属于临床最常见的心血管疾病之一,也是导致其他心脑血管疾病如心力衰竭、冠心病等的主要危险因素.近些年随着生活水平的不断提升及一些不良饮食习惯的形成,高血压发病率呈现逐年增高的趋势,与此同时致残率及致死率也在逐年上升.目前高血压的治疗主要依靠西医各类降压药,但存在不良反应大,血压控制不理想、费用昂贵等诸多局限.而近些年关于针刺、艾灸、耳穴疗法等中医外治法治疗高血压的研究表明,运用中医外治法治疗高血压具有独特优势,如经济性及安全性好,毒副作用小,患者接受度高等.该文对针灸、艾灸、耳穴疗法治疗高血压的研究进行了总结.
Abstract
Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases in clinic,and it is also the main risk factor leading to other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as heart failure and coronary heart disease.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of living standards and the formation of some bad eating habits,the incidence of hypertension has shown an increasing trend year by year,while the disability rate and fatality rate are also rising year by year.At present,the treatment of hypertension mainly relies on various kinds of antihypertensive drugs in western medicine,but there are many limitations such as large adverse reactions,unsatisfactory blood pressure control and high cost.In recent years,studies of acupuncture,moxibustion,auricular point therapy and other traditional Chinese medicine external treatment in the treatment of hypertension have shown that the use of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of hypertension has unique advantages,such as good economy and safety,little toxic and side effects,and high patient acceptance.This article summarizes the study of acupuncture,moxibustion and auricular point therapy in the treatment of hypertension.
