Research Progress in the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease
Alzheimer's disease(AD),which mainly occurs in the elderly, which is a degenerative disease of central nervous system function with hidden onset and progressive aggravation. Its clinical manifestations are mainly cognitive decline, memory impairment and behavior disorder, and a series of mental symptoms. With the increase of the global aging population, the incidence of AD is gradually increasing, which seriously threatens human life and health.Due to the complexity of its pathogenesis, there is no qualitative mechanism and no ideal treatment. In recent years, the acceleration and deepening of research on Tau protein phosphorylation and cholinergic hypothesis have provided new strategies for the treatment of AD,especially the clinical trial process of AD has attracted more and more attention. This paper intends to provide some ideas and references for the treatment of AD through a brief review of relevant literature on the treatment of AD in recent years.
