Application of Minimally Invasive Thoracic Laparoscopic Surgery Combined with Esophagogastric Triple Embedding Anastomosis in Rapid Recovery of Esophageal Cancer
Objective:To explore the application effect of minimally invasive thoracic laparoscopic surgery combined with esophagogastric triple embedding anastomosis in rapid recovery of esophageal cancer.Method:Sixty-eight patients with esophageal cancer who treated in Yangzhong People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer combined with tube stapler for end-to-side anastomosis and intermittent suture embedding.The observation group was given minimally invasive thoracic laparoscopic surgery combined with esophagogastric triple embedding anastomosis.The total operation time,thoracic and abdominal operation time,neck operation time,first time of getting out of bed after operation,first time of exhaust after operation,first time of defecation after operation,hospitalization time after operation and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Result:The total operation time,thoracic and abdominal operation time,neck operation time,first time of getting out of bed after operation,first time of exhaust after operation,first time of defecation after operation,hospitalization time after operation of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of postoperative anastomotic leakage,pulmonary infection,arrhythmia,delayed gastric emptying,and postoperative nasopharyngeal discomfort were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive thoracic laparoscopic surgery combined with esophagogastric triple embedding anastomosis in rapid recovery of esophageal cancer has better application effect,it has less operation time and get rapid recovery after operation,less complications,which is conducive to the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
