Effects of Microsurgery in the Treatment of Flexor Tendon Injury and Its Influence on Hand Function and Inflammation
Objective:To observe the effects of microsurgery in the treatment of flexor tendon injury and its influence on hand function and inflammation.Method:The clinical data of 98 patients with flexor tendon injury admitted to Fuzhou Second Hospital from September 2020 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into study group and control group,49 cases in each group. The study group was treated with microsurgery, while the control group was treated with routine repair surgery.Hand function, pain degree before and 2 months after surgery, knuckle range of motion and grip strength, inflammatory factors preoperative and postoperative 3 d and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:Two months after surgery,Carroll's upper limb function score increased and visual analogue score(VAS)decreased in both groups,Carroll's upper limb function score and grip strength in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while VAS score was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two months after surgery, the knuckle range of motion of thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3 d after surgery, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were decreased in both groups, and the levels of PCT,IL-6 and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microsurgery treatment for flexor tendon injury has a good effect, which can effectively improve hand function and joint mobility, alleviate inflammation stimulate and pain degree, improve clinical symptoms and prognosis performance, and has high practicality and safety.
