Application Effect of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Training Combined with Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Respiratory Failure
Objective:To explore the application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with respiratory failure.Method:A total of 100 patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure admitted to the North District of Suzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group by stratified random sampling method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. The pulmonary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)]and 6 min walking test(6MWT)distance,respiratory rate, modified Medical Research Council(mMRC)score, clinical COPD questionnaire(CCQ)score,COPD comprehensive assessment test scale(CAT)score and self-management ability score were compared between the two groups after intervention.Result:After 3 months of intervention,FEV1 and FVC of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,6MWT distance were longer than those before intervention, and respiratory rate were lower than those before intervention, and FEV1 and FVC of the study group were higher than those in control group,6MWT distance was longer than that in the control group, and respiratory rate was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,mMRC score,CCQ score and CAT score in two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, scores of medication on time, regular exercise, diet control, complication prevention and follow-up monitoring in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary rehabilitation training combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the pulmonary function, respiratory status and self-management ability of COPD patients complicated with respiratory failure.
