Effect of Functional Rehabilitation as the Core Nursing Mode on Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke after Thrombectomy
Objective:To explore the effects of functional rehabilitation as the core nursing mode on neurological function, limb function, complications and quality of life in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)after thrombectomy.Method:A total of 86 patients with AIS after thrombectomy from the Department of Neurology of the Second People's Hospital of Nanning from December 2021 to April 2023 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given functional rehabilitation as the core nursing mode.Neurological function, limb function, quality of life and complications in both groups were evaluated.Result:After nursing, the score of the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA),movement assessment scale(MAS)and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The functional rehabilitation as the core nursing mode for AIS patients after thrombectomy is conducive to the recovery of neurological function and limb function of patients, the incidence of postoperative complications is reduced, and the quality of life of patients is improved.
