Application Effect of Staged Nutrition Intervention Combined with Psychological Nursing in Patients with Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation
Objective:To explore the effects of staged nutrition intervention combined with psychological nursing on the psychological status,nutritional status and quality of life of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).Method:A total of 113 patients undergoing HSCT in the Department of Hematology,the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical Unversity from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the were randomly divided into observation group 58 cases and control group 55 cases.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given staged nutrition intervention combined with psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state,nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Result:After intervention,symptom check list 90(SCL-90)scores of both groups were significantly lower than before intervention,and the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,prealbumin and albumin in both groups were significantly lower than before intervention,and the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of functional areas and general health status of both groups were significantly lower than before intervention,the observation group were higher than the control group,and the scores of symptom areas were significantly higher than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional intervention and psychological nursing at different stages of HSCT can obviously relieve the psychological pressure of patients,improve the nutritional status and improve the quality of life.
