Effect of Focused Solution Mode Intervention on Blood Pressure and Lipid Levels in Patients with Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia
Objective:To explore the effect of focused solution mode intervention on blood pressure and lipid levels in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.Method:A total of 88 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given focused solution mode intervention based on the control group. The health behaviors, and the blood pressure and lipid indexes before and after the intervention for 4 weeks of the two groups were compared were compared.Result:The excellent and good rate of health behavior in the observation group was 97.33%,which was significantly higher than 79.55%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were higher than those before intervention, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in control group, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The focused solution mode intervention for patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia can effectively improve their health behaviors and reduce their blood pressure and lipid levels.
