Application Effect of Diversified Incentive Intervention in Nursing of Severe Brain Injury Complicated with Hypertension
Objective:To explore the application effect of diversified incentive intervention in the nursing of severe brain injury complicated with hypertension.Method:A total of 94 patients with severe brain injury complicated with hypertension who treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,47 cases in each group. The control group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, and the study group was given diversified incentive intervention on the basis of the control group, the incidence of depression, clinical indicators and neurological function recovery were compared between two groups.Result:The incidence of depression in the study group was 6.39%,which was lower than 25.33%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in average arterial pressure, intracranial pressure, cerebral perfusion pressure levels and National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score between two groups(P>0.05);after intervention, the average arterial pressure, intracranial pressure level and NIHSS score of two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the cerebral perfusion pressure levels of two groups were higher than those before intervention, and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversified incentive intervention for patients with severe brain injury complicated with hypertension can significantly reduce the depressive symptoms, reduce the levels of average arterial pressure and intracranial pressure, avoid insufficient cerebral perfusion, thus promoting the recovery of neurological function and improving the prognosis.
