Effect of KAP-HBM Combined Intervention Model in the Application of Patients Undergoing Colonoscopy
Objective:To explore the effect of knowledge, belief, and action-health beliefs(KAP-HBM)combined intervention model in the application of patients undergoing colonoscopy.Method:The data of 100 patients undergoing colonoscopy admitted to the 910th Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force from April 2021 to April 2023 was retrospectively selected.According to the different intervention methods, they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional intervention model, and the observation group was treated with KAP-HBM combined intervention model. The quality and compliance of intestinal preparation, psychological state before and after intervention and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The proportion of adequate intestinal preparation in control group was 76.00%(38/50),which was lower than 92.00%(46/50)in observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.761,P=0.029).the Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS)score, diet preparation, drug preparation scores and total scores in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(4.00%)was lower than that(18.00%)in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The KAP-HBM combined intervention mode can improve the quality of intestinal preparation and compliance of patients with colonoscopy, improve the psychological state of patients, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
