Effect of General Anesthesia Induced with Different Doses of Remimazolam Tosilate on Sedation Depth in Elderly Patients
Objective:To investigate the effect of general anesthesia induction with different doses of Remimazolam Tosilate on sedation depth in elderly patients.Method:A total of 110 elderly patients who received general anesthesia induced by Remimazolam Tosilate in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 55 cases in each group. The induced dose of Remimazolam Tosilate in the observation group was 0.3 mg/kg,the induced dose of Remimazolam Tosilate in the control group was 0.2 mg/kg.The time to achieve deep anesthesia, vital signs, adverse reactions and drug remedy were compared between the two groups.Result:The time to achieve deep anesthesia in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate, stroke volume index and mean arterial pressure(MAP)between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of drug remedy in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:General anesthesia induced with high dose Remimazolam Tosilate is faster onset of effect in elderly patients, does not cause serious impact on patients'vital signs, and the probability of drug remedy is low.
