Effect of Methylene Blue Injection in the Treatment of Septic Shock
Objective:To study the effect of Methylene Blue(MB)Injection in the treatment of septic shock.Method:A total of 80 patients with septic shock admitted to Maoming People's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group received MB Injection on the basis of the control group. The mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(heart rate),systemic vascular resistance index(SVRI),pulmonary vascular resistance index(PVRI),cardiac index(CI),noninvasive pulse oxygen perfusion index(PI)before treatment(T0),after 1 d of treatment(T1),after 3 d of treatment(T2),after 5 d of treatment(T3)and after 7 d of treatment(T4),cure rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:T2,T3,T4,MAP,HR,SVRI,PVRI,CI,PI in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of observation group was 85.00%(34/40),which was higher than 62.50%(25/40)of control group, the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.230,P=0.022).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:MB Injection in the treatment of septic shock can obtain a higher cure rate, effectively improve the patient's body hemodynamics, treatment safety is good.
