Effect of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium Combined with Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Asthma with Pulmonary Infection
Objective:To analyze the effect of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium combined with Levofloxacin in the treatment of asthma with pulmonary infection.Method:A total of 152 patients with asthma and pulmonary infection admitted to Zhongxiang People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, all patients were divided into group A and group B by 1∶1,with 76 cases in each group. The group A was given Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium, the group B was given Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium combined with Levofloxacin, and both groups were treated for 14 d.The clinical efficacy, levels of inflammatory factors, lung function indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After 14 d of treatment, there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the group B was higher than that of the group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the levels of the group B were lower than those of the group A,the pulmonary function indexes were increased in both groups, and those of the group B were higher than those of the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium combined with Levofloxacin in patients with asthma and pulmonary infection can improve clinical efficacy, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, improve lung function indexes, and lower the risk of adverse reactions.
