Application Value of Craniocerebral CT Angiography in Diagnosis and Prognosis of Acute Ischemic Stroke
Objective:To analyze the application value of craniocerebral CT angiography(CTA)in diagnosis and prognosis of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Method:The clinical data of 78 patients with AIS admitted to Shan County Haijiya Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the modified Rankin scale(mRS)score at 3 months after discharge, the patients were divided into good prognosis group(n=50,mRS score<2 points)and poor prognosis group(n=28,mRS score≥2 points).CTA and DSA examinations were performed in both groups.Using the results of DSA as the gold standard, the inspection results of craniocerebral CTA and DSA cerebrovascular stenosis and collateral circulation were counted, and the consistency of craniocerebral CTA and DSA was analyzed. The inspection results of craniocerebral CTA and DSA cerebrovascular stenosis and collateral circulation were compared between the good prognosis group and the poor prognosis group. The pictures of typical cases was analyzed.Result:The coincidence rate of craniocerebral CTA and DSA checked for cerebrovascular stenosis was 87.18%(68/78),and the consistency was high. The coincidence rate of craniocerebral CTA and DSA checked for collateral circulation was 94.87%(74/78),and the consistency was high. The cerebrovascular stenosis condition and collateral circulation in the good prognosis group were better than those in the poor prognosis group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Craniocerebral CTA is highly consistent with DSA in AIS diagnosis. The cerebrovascular stenosis and collateral circulation shown by craniocerebral CTA can assist clinical judgment of the prognosis of patients.
