Effect of Multi-dimensional Drive Fusion Iceberg Theory Nursing Model on Leukemia Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy
Objective:To explore the effect of multi-dimensional drive fusion iceberg theory nursing model on leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 98 leukemia patients who received chemotherapy in Zhenjiang First People's Hospital from January to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given multi-dimensional drive fusion iceberg theory nursing model on the basis of the control group, and the intervention lasted for 1 month.Psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],hope level[herth hope index(HHI)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],coping style[medical copingmodes questionnaire(MC-MQ)]and self-efficacy[scale of regulatory emotional self-efficacy(SRESE)]before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of CD-RISC,HHI,PSQI,MC-MQ,and SRESE between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the CD-RISC score,HHI score,SRESE score, and MC-MQ face to face score of the study group were all higher than those of the control group, while the yield and avoidance scores of MC-MQ,PSQI score were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multi-dimensional drive fusion iceberg theory nursing model can effectively improve the psychological resilience, hope level and coping ability of patients with leukemia chemotherapy, and improve patients'self-efficacy and quality of life.
