Pelvic Floor Magnetoelectric Combined with Myofascial Manipulation in the Treatment of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Diseases
Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety of pelvic floor magnetoelectric combined with myofascial manipulation in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.Method:A total of 200 postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction diseases patients admitted to the Women's Health Department of Shenzhen Luohu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation exercise, while the observation group received pelvic floor magnetoelectric combined with myofascial manipulation on this basis. The total effective rate, pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI-20)score,pelvic floor muscle potential and recovery, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 81.00%of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the strength of pelvic floor muscle and PFDI-20 score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the pelvic floor muscle score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the PFDI-20 score was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the electromyography values of classⅠ and class Ⅱ muscle fibers between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the two indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of symptom relief treatment and pelvic floor electromyography recovery treatment in the observation group were less than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pelvic floor magnetoelectric combined with myofascial manipulation is effective and safe in the treatment of female postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.
