Study on the Effect of Acupuncture,Pharmacotherapy and Bone Injury Massage on Lumbar Disc Herniation
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture,pharmacotherapy and bone injury massage on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in Nanjing County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 1,2020 to December 31,2022 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group received acupuncture alone,and the experimental group received acupuncture,pharmacotherapy and bone injury massage combined treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life score,lumbar function,pain,daily living ability and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in experimental group were lower than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all quality of life scores of experimental group were higher than those of reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)lumbar function scale score and Barthel index of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture,pharmacotherapy and bone injury massage combined treatment of lumbar disc herniation effect is significant,can effectively improve the patient's lumbar function,improve the quality of life,reduce pain,help to improve the ability of daily life.
