摘要
目的:探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统联合裸花紫珠片治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的效果.方法:选取 2021 年3 月—2023 年 3 月仙桃市妇幼保健院收治的 104 例更年期功能性子宫出血患者.随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各 52 例.两组均给予康复新液,对照组给予左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统,观察组在对照组基础上给予裸花紫珠片.比较两组临床疗效,时间指标,治疗前后炎症因子及不良反应.结果:观察组总有效率为 94.23%,高于对照组的 76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组出血控制时间、完全止血时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均降低,观察组PCT、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统联合裸花紫珠片治疗更年期功能性子宫出血患者能够缓解症状,效果确切,缩短出血控制时间,降低PCT、CRP水平,且安全.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system combined with Luohua Zizhu Tablets in the treatment of menopausal functional uterine bleeding.Method:A total of 104 patients with menopausal functional uterine bleeding from March 2021 to March 2023 from the Xiantao Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,52 cases in each group.Both groups were given Kangfuxin Solution,the control group was given levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system,and the observation group was given Luohua Zizhu Tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,time index,inflammatory factors before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%,which was higher than 76.92%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in both groups were decreased,the levels of PCT and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system combined with Luohua Zizhu Tablets can treat menopausal functional uterine bleeding patients,it can relieve symptoms,the effect is exact,effectively shorten bleeding control time,reduce PCT and CRP levels,and is safe.
