Efficacy of Single-aperture Thoracoscopic Segmentectomy and Lobectomy in the Treatment of Patients with Early NSCLC
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of single-aperture thoracoscopic(VATS)segmentectomy and lobectomy in the treatment of patients with early non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:A total of 108 patients with early NSCLC admitted to Xuzhou Tongshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected.According to envelope random method, they were divided into control group and experimental group,54 cases in each group. The control group underwent single-aperture VATS lobectomy, and the experimental group underwent single-aperture VATS segmentectomy.Perioperative indexes, lung function before surgery and 1 month after surgery, pain degree before surgery,15 d after surgery and 1 month after surgery, and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of experimental group was longer than that of control group, and the amount of blood loss during operation was more than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery, the forced expiratory volume at the first second and forced vital capacity of the control group were lower than those before surgery, and the forced expiratory volume at the first second and forced vital capacity of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before surgery,15 d after surgery and 1 month after surgery, numerical rating scale(NRS)scores in both groups decreased, and NRS scores in experimental group were lower than those in control group at 15 d and 1 month after surgery, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence pf complication of experimental group was 5.56%,which was lower than 18.52%of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Single-aperture VATS segmentectomy can reduce the impact on lung function, relieve pain, and reduce complications.
